Monongahela Valley potstill corn whiskey. We create a traditional, old-fashioned Monongahela corn whiskey that predates the Kentucky bourbons by aging our Corn Shine two to three years in American Oak Barrels with alligator char. The taste will remind you of Irish whiskey.
Copperhead
Potomac Highland buckwheat spirits. Our Buckwheat Moon is aged in French oak barrels, resulting in a whisky that is comparable to French cognac or brandy.
Our spirits may be purchased at our distillery or in stores across West Virginia. We are unable to ship spirits.
